Morgan is the Executive Producer of ‘Vikings,’ currently in its sixth season for MGM/
History. He also Executive Produced all four seasons of “The Tudors”, the critically
acclaimed Showtime series that won Emmy awards for Costume and Art Direction, a
Gemini award in 2010, and the IFTA award in 2009 for Best Dramatic Series.
Morgan has also acted as Executive Producer on ‘Camelot’ for Starz and as an
Executive Producer or Co-Producer on films such as “Braveheart” (Icon), “Angela’s
Ashes” (Paramount), “Animal Farm” and “David Copperfield” (Hallmark), “The Count
of Monte Cristo,” “Reign of Fire” and “Leap Year” (Spyglass), “Veronica Guerin” and
“King Arthur” (Jerry Bruckheimer/Disney), “Ella Enchanted” and “Becoming Jane”
(Miramax), and “P.S. I Love You” (Alcon Entertainment).
In 2011 Morgan received an Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) award for
Outstanding Contribution to Irish Film, and in 2017 received the IFTA for Best Drama
Series for Vikings.
